Barn Capacity & Sample Floor Plan Layouts

The historic, rustic timber framed Barn can host events up to 240 guests, depending on seating arrangements (for Weddings our maximum capacity is approx. 200). Comfortable seating capacity is driven by multiple factors. One key factor is the style of service you desire (Buffet vs. Family or Plated) and another is the amount of floor space you want to dedicate to dancing, music, ancillary activities, special tables etc.

For the typical wedding using family or plated meal service, the barn can accommodate 208
